The property is a 16.000 m2 piece of land in the area of AGIOS PAVLOS, South Crete.
It currently has planning permission to build 3 large villas with swimming pools.
The land also features a private beach.
The planning permission is getting changed into a hotel building permission that will allow to build a 5-star hotel with the following specifications:
